Joo Leong Cafe @ Bayan Lepas

Anyeonghasaeyo! Welcome to Peri Jiak Ho Liao food channel!😁 So this time, instead of introducing those main course, this post is actually to talk about the ROTI BAKAR & HALF BOILED EGG which are very very hojiak and at the same time very famous at Bayan Lepas area...😉 Okay so other than roti and egg, Joo Leong Cafe also sell char mi hun, and various kind of nasi lemak for breakfast. And since the breakfast here is memang nice and serve very fast, during weekdays the shop usually full with company employees as it located near to the industrial area and it is really really convenient for you to have your breakfast here before heading to work because it is opened at 7a.m... Too early? NOOO... Previously this place is opened daily at 6a.m. and the roti always finish selling before 10a.m. So since they open late now, you're still able to grab a quick breakfast around 9 something or 10 even on Saturday and Sunday...TAPI!!! If  you wanna try it during weekdays...Either be early, or be ready for peanut butter jam on the road...😁

2 pcs of Roti Bakar (RM 2.40)
2 biji half-boiled eggs (RM 2)
Peri presents to you...the very very åĨ―吃 eh roti and egg at Jalan Sungai Tiram, Bayan Lepas!!!😊 So basically when they serve the toast, they don't put any sugar on it...On every table itself they've already prepared bottles of soy sauce, black pepper and also sugar... So if you would like to try BUTTER SUGAR TOAST, just go ahead and pour sugar on your toast, but if you don't like to try it as you're afraid that it's too sweet, just let it be...BUT!!! Peri č‰ŊåŋƒåŧščŪŪ...butter toast tak berapa delicious lo...Pour la sikit sikit sugar on it even if you takut kena diabetes...See!! From the photo you can know that I memang put sugar on my butter toast and it tastes soooooo much better...💗 After all, if you insist to eat original roti butter tanpa gula, then at least try satu keping with little bit sugar la...😉 Anyway, the toast that are served here is famous of course not for its sugar... It's famous because they bakar the toast until cukup cukup very 'gao hui' and also the butter they use is nice butter and really is BUTTER unlike some other toast out there using margarine....Those using margarine the taste memang lose here nine streets...😂 And when you see the toast they serve here, you'll realize that they aren't kedekut on their butter...they'll make sure that every single piece of the bread is filled with butter and later fill your taste buds...😄 And when you bite the toast, you can feel the taste of butter, sugar, and 'gao hui' at the same time...The feeling is really niceee...Another traditional way of eating roti bakar which is putting it into the half boiled egg is also fantastic...For the toast here, even if you put it in the half boiled egg before eating, you can still feel the butter taste after that and it might even lagi boleh bring out the butter taste...😋 Even if you don't used to do this, do try out the half-boiled egg separately too as the half-boiled egg here is really nice as well...😊 One last thing to mention is that, the shop doesn't produce the bread...They got it from supplier too and sometimes they can't do anything if the toast itself is too dry...So if you really kena makan the a-little-bit-dry toast, then just mix it with the half-boiled egg before eating, then it will still be all fine...The taste is still nice...😍
